Ave 57 Residence, Lot 4

In order to minimize grading on this hillside lot, we had the house sit above the slope but follow its gradient. The entrance to the site is through a courtyard created by the hill and the steps that wind down to the front door. The upper and lower levels open on two trellised balconies facing the view of the canyon and the south sun.
